Ray attended the Awagami Papermaking
Workshop at the end of August.

Awagami Factory Workshops

Awagami offered a 5-day workshop in August in which 15 participants from 9 countries attended.

Over 5 days, they learned how to process kozo fiber and make their own washi paper.

Additional workshop sessions included Japanese-style bookbinding as well as indigo & sekkazome dyeing.

A 3-day Workshop for this December is under concideration by Awagami.
